Nigel puts in sherry too. I love the orange in this. I also brown sliced chorizo first then sauté the onion and garlic in the wonderful fat that comes out of the chorizo.

As with the other Samantha, I too add potatoes. A wonderfully tasty one pot meal served with crusty bread.

I’ve made this several times and it is delicious. I would say dont miss out the orange peel as it adds something to the whole dish. I serve it with fresh tagliatelle

I make this alot! I leave out the orange and cook it down so its more of a stew. We have it with either mash potato or crusty bread

I have made this, left out chilli flakes and substituted with cayenne pepper. I also added potatoes, absolutely delicious
